# My payout shows "completed" but the money hasn't arrived

Your payout shows as **completed** but you don't see the money yet. In almost every case your funds are safe — "completed" means the payment has left Talentir and been accepted by the payment provider (PayPal, your bank, or the blockchain), but the provider may still be finishing its side.
## How long each method takes
Below is a bit more detail on each one.
### USDC / EURC (stablecoin)
The fastest option. Once claimed, funds usually reach your wallet within **seconds to a few minutes**. Because it runs on the blockchain, it works 24/7 — including weekends and holidays. If a stablecoin payout hasn't arrived after a few minutes, something is off; contact us so we can check it.
### PayPal
PayPal payouts are usually delivered **within the hour**. Some can take a little longer due to standard PayPal security checks. If it's been several hours, see the "If it's PayPal and still hasn't arrived" steps below — the most common cause is an unclaimed payment.
### Venmo (US only)
Venmo works like PayPal and typically arrives **within the hour**. It's available to US recipients with a Venmo account only.
### Bank transfer
Bank transfers take longer than the digital methods, and the exact time depends on the rail used for your country:

* **SEPA / IBAN (Europe):** usually **1–2 business days**
* **ACH (US):** usually **1–3 business days**
* **UK bank transfer:** usually **1–2 business days**
* **SWIFT (international):** can take **up to 3–5 business days**

Bank transfers are only processed on business days, so a payout claimed on a Friday or before a public holiday will arrive after the weekend/holiday. If you claimed by bank transfer, please allow the full window above before worrying.
## Steps (if you paid to PayPal and it hasn't arrived)
The most common cause is that the payment went to a PayPal address that isn't fully set up. PayPal then holds it as **"unclaimed"** and emails that address to invite you to accept it.

1. Open the inbox of the email address your payout was sent to.
2. Check the **spam** folder as well.
3. Look for an email from PayPal inviting you to claim the payment, and accept it there — the funds are usually released straight away.
